Le Monaco Residence Ari is a really rather chic development, with a very low density of units; the focus being on size, quality and lifestyle. Just 68 units over 30 floors here, so no issues with overly busy gym or pool.

The development was built with a very modern and minimalist theme with big full height windows that complement the very large living spaces with maximum natural light. The style and quality of home here is something most people would associate with Phrom Phong, Thong Lo, Sathorn etc. But in fact, this location is very similar in most regards with its plethora of chid cafes, bistros, mixed in with ore tradtional Thai street eatieries.

Often referred to as Ari, this general aea is home to some very large office towers employing many thousands of people. Along the way we have Big C, the Village and many other very similar high end brand name condo developments such as Noble & Ideo. While the property itself of just over 1KM to the nearest BTS, most patrons here have their own car. Indeed, if you do make the walk from BTS to home, you will be busy making choices on your way home about where to eat, what to buy, such is the huge level of choice in these streets.

We often have a few units available at this development and as you can see from the specs, this is very large for a 2 bedroom condo. You really will be ‘wowed’ by the size, but also by the use of space, the large walkin hallway cupboardroom for starters; a great place to store suitcases and golf clubs without tripping over them all the time.

Come to take a look at these if you are looking at Thong lo, Ekamai, and other such areas as Ari offers exactly the same qualities and lifestyle and as i say, is often overlooked.
